Unresolved simply means that you have not recorded a decision for that behavior occurrence.
A record for changing what you repeat.
Cadence is an instrument for self-directed behavioral remodeling. Add context when it matters. Keep the full history in a portable record.
Google Calendar context is optional and currently limited to Google OAuth test users. Where enabled, choose which calendars appear in Timeline. Cadence requests read-only access and cannot create, change, or delete Google Calendar events. Disconnect Google Calendar in Settings at any time.
The decision is binary. The record is not.
Completed and Not Completed are the two possible outcomes. Unresolved means no decision has been recorded. Notes, optional timing, and changes to the behavior’s definition preserve the context around each outcome.

Name the Behavior, then set its Schedule: daily, every N days, weekly, or monthly, at exact times or ranges.

The definition can change without rewriting the past.
Rename a behavior or revise its description without rewriting earlier records. Cadence preserves what the behavior meant at each point in time. Per-occurrence notes add context for exceptions, conditions, and deviations.

BehaviorLog is the data contract behind Cadence exports. It preserves behavior definitions, schedules, occurrences, decisions, status history, notes, optional timing, and revision history in files that other tools can inspect. The interface can change without rewriting the underlying history. A calendar, table, report, or AI-assisted review is one presentation of the same record.
